Walking in the air

De preferência colocar o vídeo em ecrã inteiro, e ter as colunas ligadas!! ;)

O filme começa  no sul dos Estados Unidos seguindo para oeste até ao Canada; Depois Europa central até ao Medio Oriente. Podem ser vistas diversas tempestades [com trovões] sobre África, auroras do Sul [Aurora Australis] sobre o Indico, o pôr da Lua, o cometa Lovejoy e Aurora Borealis. Para alem das imagens serem indescritíveis, a musica está muito bem escolhida. E quanto à musica, escrita em 1982 para uma adaptação para filme do livro "The Snowman", apenas tenho a dizer que podia muito bem ter sido escrita para estas imagens desde o principio!!

Far across the world
The villages go by like trees
The rivers and the hills
The forests and the streams

Children gaze open mouth
Taken by surprise
Nobody down below believes their eyes

We're surfing in the air
We're swimming in the frozen sky
We're drifting over icy
Mountains floating by

Suddenly swooping low on an ocean deep
Arousing of a mighty monster from its sleep

We're walking in the air
We're floating in the midnight sky
And everyone who sees us greets us as we fly
